LawyerPDF understands that the Office of Court Administration is advising all federal courts that PDF-A format is NOT REQUIRED for filings, until further notice but may still be requested as the filing format. The requirement has been implemented in certain districts (ie:Southern District - NY), but documents are not being validated for compliance. I suspect that technical implementation issues are the reason for the postponement.
